Ground update
Just a quick update about Sandilands. Darren and his team having been working hard, installing the new path, lights and fencing, plus some extra work in the car park.

The work will not be finished till next week and in order to let concreting dry and settle to a good finish there will be no access to the ground from the main entrance off Grimwade Ave.

If you should need access then it is best to use the Ranmore gate entrance or the farmer’s gate by the scorebox.

Return of cricket
With the newly published road map about easing lockdown restrictions, it has been indicated that outdoor sport can return in the near future.

I am waiting for clearer guidance from the ECB and Sport England, which is expected soon, on how cricket participation and training may be met.

Once we have that then we shall concentrate on getting our outdoor facilities open and available to our members as soon as possible.
