An excellent effort from the U10's saw them fall just short of a second win this season. With Spencer winning the toss and deciding to bat first the pressure was immediately on to restrict their total to one we could chase. Strong bowling and fielding on a very hot morning resulted in six wickets being taken, with Spencer posting a total of 272. A flying visit and half time pep talk from Roger Hurrion meant the batsmen took to the wicket with a positive attitude. Progress was steady with Dulwich failing to take a wicket until the 12th over. However, in the end the total proved just beyond reach with Addiscombe reaching a total of 258. A greatly encouraging performance and one the U10's can be rightly proud of despite the loss.
